The Upper Class, The Patricians
The upper class are the more rich and powerful citizens of the Empire. Many upper class consider themselves powerful enough to rival a member of the priest circle. Most of the upper class take great interest in politics and own slaves.
The Emperor/Empress
The Emperor/Empress are the highest ranking creatures in all of the Empire. However, some may disagree and state that the members of the priest circle hold more power. Which ever way, it is evident that the Emperor/Empress holds extreme power. The Emperor/Empress seemingly never leave their castle as they are always presented with the Empire's messes.
The Royal Family
The royal family are relatives to the Emperor/Empress. The royal family can be related to the nobles. They are extremely rich citizens and are treated with high respect. However, most members of the royal family live in the castle along with the Emperor/Empress.
Consuasor
The consuasor is the Emperor/Empress's close adviser and can sometimes even take the place of a steward. The consuasor lives in the castle along with the other residents and takes care of the minor messes of the Empire.
Senators
The senators are a council that help with the justice system of the Empire. They help the consuasor advise the Emperor/Empress and answer to the consuasor. The senators often attend trials and other events of political importance.
Praesidio
The head of the praetorian guards. The praetorian guards answer to the praesidio.
Praetorian Guards
The praetorian guards are the royal guard. They are dedicated to protecting the royal family at all times.
